OWWA

The Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) is a government agency dedicated to supporting overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) and their families through various services, including health programs, repatriation assistance, and the operation of OFW Lounges. It has been actively involved in providing aid to OFWs affected by crises, such as the Hong Kong fire and the MV Eternity C attack, and continues to expand its services in the Philippines and abroad. OWWA collaborates with multiple agencies to ensure the well-being of OFWs and remains a key player in the protection and support of Filipino workers overseas.
