Hans Leo Cacdac

Hans Leo Cacdac is the Secretary of the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) in the Philippines, responsible for advocating and protecting the rights of overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) globally. He leads efforts to address OFW welfare, legal cases, and policy reforms, including wage increases and the establishment of new migrant worker offices abroad. Cacdac also handles critical cases such as OFWs on death row and provides support to victims of abuse and injustice.
