Zamboanga: Four More Former Inmates Test Positive for COVID-19

Zamboanga City reported four more former inmates who tested positive for COVID-19, bringing the total cases to 159.

The newly confirmed cases are from a second batch of 29 released inmates; their initial PCR tests were negative but retests on day ten revealed four positives.

All new cases are asymptomatic and will be retested before release to communities.

Additionally, Zamboanga City recorded 73 more recoveries as of Thursday, increasing the total number of recovered patients to 102.
