Concepcion proposes NCR malls, restos allow only fully vaccinated

Presidential Adviser for Entrepreneurship Joey Concepcion proposed a program to allow only fully vaccinated individuals in malls and restaurants in NCR.

Concepcion submitted the proposal to the country's coronavirus task force, which is likely to be approved.

The adviser suggested implementing this measure when 50 percent of Metro Manila residents are fully vaccinated.

He emphasized that creating 'safer bubbles' with only fully vaccinated individuals can help mitigate the spread of the Delta variant.
