NU Nazareth edges Adamson 67-64 in Game 2 of UAAP high school boys finals

National University Nazareth School secured a narrow 67-64 victory against Adamson University in Game 2 of the UAAP Season 86 high school boys basketball finals on Wednesday.

Collins Akowe led NU with 16 points, 13 rebounds, and was named Most Valuable Player for his performance, while Klein Tagotongan contributed 16 crucial points but was ejected early in the fourth quarter.

The Bullpups overcame a 15-point deficit in the third quarter to force a decisive Game 3 on Sunday, February 11, at 4 pm.

Adamson's Earl Medina scored 23 points while Tebol Garcia added 13 points with five rebounds, six assists, and six steals for Adamson.

Akowe emphasized that 'the job is not done yet' and the team will give their all in the final game to secure the championship.
