NU dominates Adamson, extends winning streak

National University (NU) secured a dominant victory over Adamson University in the UAAP Season 86 women's volleyball tournament on Saturday, extending their winning streak and maintaining their top position.

Alyssa Solomon led NU with 14 points from her attacks, while Bella Belen contributed 14 points and five digs to the team’s 25-16, 25-14, 25-18 win over Adamson.

NU remains undefeated in six games in the second round of the elimination phase, with Bella Belen emphasizing that they still have work ahead despite their strong performance.

The Lady Bulldogs aim to maintain their winning mentality and consistency as they face more challenging matches moving forward, eyeing another championship after falling short in Season 85.

With one match left in the elimination phase, NU aims to secure a playoff spot for a twice-to-beat advantage in the semifinals while continuing to improve and stay hungry for victory.
