NU Lady Bulldogs beat UST Growling Tigresses in UAAP women's basketball

The NU Lady Bulldogs avenged their UAAP women's basketball finals loss by defeating the UST Growling Tigresses, 75-69, on Saturday, September 21.

Camille Clarin led NU with 14 points, five rebounds, and four assists, while Angel Surada contributed a double-double of 11 points and 14 rebounds.

UST's Gin Relliquette scored a team-high 12 points but could not prevent the loss; Brigette Santos also had a strong performance with 11 points, five assists, four rebounds, two steals, and two blocks.

Coach Aris Dimaunahan acknowledged the win while emphasizing the need to improve NU's ability to protect leads in future games.

In another match, Adamson Lady Falcons edged Ateneo Blue Eagles, 77-72, with Elaine Etang scoring a team-high 15 points and Victoria Adeshina adding 13 points and five rebounds.
