Metro Manila remains under Alert Level 3 until Nov. 14

Metro Manila will remain under Alert Level 3 until Nov. 14, as coronavirus infections continue to drop.

The Transportation department recommended increasing passenger capacity in public transport from 70% to full capacity starting Nov. 4.

This decision aims to gradually reopen the economy while ensuring safety.
