Isolated rains continue across PH Tuesday

Isolated rains will continue across most parts of the Philippines on Tuesday due to two weather systems.

Scattered rain showers and thunderstorms are expected in Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino, Aurora, Nueva Ecija, Bulacan, Rizal, and Quezon because of a cold front's tail-end.

Light rains will affect Apayao, Kalinga, Cagayan Valley, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Central Luzon due to the northeast monsoon.

The rest of the country will experience isolated rain showers caused by localized thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds and rough seas are forecasted in Northern Luzon and eastern sections of Central Luzon.
