PAGASA warns rains, thunderstorms in Cagayan Valley, Cordillera

PAGASA warns that scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms are expected over Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Aurora, and Quezon province on Friday due to the tail-end of a frontal system.

The weather agency also forecasts isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in other parts of Luzon caused by localized thunderstorms, while Palawan will experience scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to a low pressure area.

Flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms; the LPA is expected to dissipate over the West Philippine Sea within 36 hours without developing into a tropical depression.
