PAGASA warns of rain, thunderstorms over Luzon, Visayas

PAGASA warns of cloudy skies and scattered rain showers over several regions in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao due to a Low Pressure Area (LPA) near Palawan and the tail-end of a frontal system.

Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Aurora, Quezon Province, and parts of Central Luzon will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms, posing risks for flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains.

Palawan is expected to have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms caused by the LPA, also increasing the risk of flash floods or landslides.

Metro Manila and other parts of Luzon will see partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms.

Eastern Visayas and Bicol Region are experiencing cloudy skies with scattered to widespread rains and thunderstorms due to both the LPA and tail-end of a frontal system, increasing risks for flash floods or landslides.
