Amihan brings scattered rains over most parts of Luzon

The northeast monsoon (amihan) is affecting most parts of Luzon, bringing scattered rainshowers and isolated thunderstorms over Visayas, Northern Mindanao, Caraga, and Davao Region.

PAGASA warns residents in affected areas to be prepared for possible flash floods or landslides during moderate with at times heavy rains.

Bicol Region and MIMAROPA will experience cloudy skies with rains due to the northeast monsoon, while Batanes and Babuyan Islands will have light rains.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will see partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains, with no significant impact expected.
