Amihan brings cloudy skies, rains over PH

PAGASA forecasts cloudy skies and rains over parts of the Philippines due to the Northeast Monsoon or Amihan.

Eastern Visayas, Caraga, Davao Region, Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Bicol Region, Aurora, and Quezon are expected to experience cloudy skies with varying degrees of rainfall.

Metro Manila and other areas will have partly cloudy skies with isolated rains.

Residents in affected regions were advised to prepare for possible flash floods or landslides during heavy rain events.
