PAGASA: Rain showers, cloudy skies in North, Central Luzon

PAGASA forecasts cloudy skies and scattered rain showers for Northern and Central Luzon due to the tail-end of a frontal system.

Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Apayao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Aurora, northern Quezon, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Cagayan Valley will experience rain showers and thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.
