FEU women's volleyball team secures third straight win against Adamson

Far Eastern University secured its third consecutive victory in the UAAP Season 87 women's volleyball tournament by defeating Adamson on Saturday, March 8 at Mall of Asia Arena.

The Lady Tamaraws, who recently defeated UE Red Warriors and are currently in solo third place with a record of 3-2, will play against the Nitura-led Lady Falcons starting at 3 p.m., while De La Salle takes on UE in their match at 1 p.m.

Coach Tina Salak emphasizes the importance of staying focused despite a week-long break and acknowledges that the upcoming game against Adamson was challenging as both teams are vying for a spot in the Final Four.

In the men's volleyball tournament, Far Eastern University also secured a win over Adamson with a score of 25-23, 25-20, 31-29, extending their first-round sweep.

La Salle similarly defeated UE with a score of 26-24, 25-13, 25-23 in the men's tournament, improving to a 3-2 record and keeping UE winless.
