Iloilo extends ECQ until May 15

Iloilo Province will remain under enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) until May 15, as per Governor Arthur Defensor Jr.'s executive order issued on Thursday.

Defensor welcomed the national Inter-Agency Task Force's recommendation and stated that the new EO is more comprehensive than previous orders.

On Tuesday, Defensor indicated he had drafted an ECQ extension executive order but was awaiting further instructions from the national government before signing it.
