PAGASA: LPA, ITCZ to bring rains, storms over Bicol, Visayas

PAGASA forecasts scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over the Bicol Region, Visayas, and Mimaropa due to a low pressure area (LPA) and the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ).

Flash floods or landslides are possible in these areas due to moderate to heavy rains.

The northeast monsoon will cause light rains over Cagayan Valley and the Cordillera Administrative Region, while Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience isolated light rains.

Mindanao will have partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.
