PAGASA: Rainy weather in Visayas, Mindanao due to frontal system, ITCZ

PAGASA forecasts scattered rains and thunderstorms in parts of Visayas and Mindanao on Monday due to the tail-end of a frontal system and the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ).

Visayas will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers, while Mindanao may see isolated light rains.

The northeast monsoon affects Luzon, bringing light rains over Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Bicol Region, Aurora, and Quezon, with partly cloudy to cloudy skies and isolated light rains in Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon.
