Northeast monsoon brings isolated light rains across Luzon

The northeast monsoon affecting Luzon is bringing isolated light rains across most parts of the island, according to PAGASA on Thursday.

Cagayan Valley and the Cordillera Administrative Region are experiencing light rains, while Metro Manila and other areas in Luzon have isolated light rains.

Scattered rain showers and thunderstorms are expected over Caraga, Davao Region, and Soccsksargen due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone affecting Mindanao.

Visayas and the rest of Mindanao will see isolated rain showers caused by localized thunderstorms.

PAGASA also forecasted moderate to strong winds and rough seas in certain areas.
