Amihan brings rains over Luzon, Visayas

The northeast monsoon (Amihan) is affecting Luzon and Visayas, bringing cloudy skies with rains.

Bicol Region, Western Visayas, Samar Provinces, Cagayan Valley, Caraga, Apayao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Aurora, Quezon, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, and Romblon will experience varying degrees of rainfall, with possible flash floods or landslides during moderate to heavy rains.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon and Visayas will have partly cloudy skies with isolated light rains.

Over Mindanao, there will be partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms, with potential for flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
