PAGASA forecasts clouds, rains over Mindanao, scattered showers in Luzon

PAGASA forecasts cloudy skies and scattered rainshowers in parts of Mindanao due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) on Thursday.

Caraga, Davao Region, SOCCSKSARGEN, and BARMM will experience moderate to heavy rains with possible flash floods or landslides.

Luzon will have partly cloudy skies with isolated light rains from Amihan, affecting Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Metro Manila, and the rest of Luzon.

Visayas and other parts of Mindanao will see partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.
