PAGASA: Cloudy skies, light rains for PH

PAGASA forecasts cloudy skies and light rains across the Philippines over the next 24 hours due to a tail-end frontal system, easterlies, and Amihan.

Scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms are expected in Metro Manila, Central Luzon, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, and Mindanao.

Isolated rainshowers will affect the rest of the Visayas while isolated light rains are seen over the Ilocos Region and cloudy skies with light rains in Cagayan Valley and Cordillera Administrative Region.

Moderate to heavy rains may cause flash floods or landslides in affected areas.
