Moderate to heavy rains in the aforementioned areas could result in flash floods or landslides.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the Northeast Monsoon.

Strong to gale winds and rough to very rough coastal waters will prevail across Northern Luzon, eastern sections of Central Luzon and Southern Luzon, and Visayas.
