These concerns stem from difficulties in appealing wrongful bans imposed by Meta's AI, which can lead to account suspensions and other serious consequences. The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) has urged Meta to improve its responsiveness in addressing misinformation and disinformation on their platforms.
