Zamboanga City reaches 65% COVID-19 vaccine coverage

Zamboanga City has achieved 65% population protection against COVID-19 with over a million residents vaccinated since March.

As of Saturday, 452,366 individuals are fully vaccinated and 597,419 have received their first dose, representing 65.11% and 85.99% respectively of the target eligible population.

The city exceeded its vaccination targets during the second national vaccination drive, inoculating a total of 70,406 individuals over three days from December 20 to 22.
