UST Golden Tigresses secure Final Four spot despite key players' absence

UST won the match with scores of 25-14, 25-13, 28-30, and 25-15, showing resilience in a third-set setback.

Top wingers Reg Jurado and Jonna Perdido stepped up with 24-point performances each, with Perdido contributing 12 points in the crucial third set alone.

Head coach Kungfu Reyes praised his team's unity and readiness to take on responsibilities, emphasizing that having 12 strong players makes them a true team.

With Poyos expected to return on Saturday against FEU, Reyes expressed cautious optimism about UST's readiness for upcoming challenges in their pursuit of a finals return and potential championship.
