PAGASA warns scattered rains, thunderstorms over PH

PAGASA warns that the tail-end of a cold front and the trough of Typhoon Saudel will bring scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms to parts of northern Luzon, including Batanes, Cagayan, Apayao, Ilocos Norte, Western Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, Palawan, Basilan, Sulu, and Tawi-Tawi.

Flash floods or landslides may occur in these areas due to moderate to heavy rains.

Metro Manila and other parts of the country will experience isolated rain showers caused by localized thunderstorms.
