Tacloban restricts unvaccinated movements

Tacloban City has implemented a directive restricting movements of unvaccinated individuals due to rising COVID-19 cases.

Under Executive Order No. 2022-01-001, non-fully vaccinated persons can only move for essential goods and services or work in permitted industries.

Businesses must require customers to show vaccination cards upon entry, while returning residents who are not fully vaccinated need a negative RT-PCR test within 72 hours or a negative Rapid Antigen Test within 24 hours before entering the city.
