DOJ: Task force to probe Echanis death

Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra announced that investigators can proceed with their probe into the death of National Democratic Front consultant Randall Echanis.

The PNP has released Echanis's body to his family after confirming his identity, allowing the special investigation team under Administrative Order 35 to begin its work.

Echanis and an unidentified neighbor were found dead in Novaliches, Quezon City on Monday with multiple stab wounds.
