Sipalay families get PHP10K burial aid for Odette victims

The families of 17 casualties from Typhoon Odette in Sipalay City, Negros Occidental received PHP10,000 each for burial assistance from the DSWD on December 22.

Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson visited Sipalay to turn over provincial government assistance to Mayor Maria Gina Lizares.

The city has set up a records system at its Emergency Operations Center (EOC) to document private sector donations and direct them to areas in need.
