PAGASA forecasts isolated rains over VisMin, scattered showers in Bicol

PAGASA forecasts isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms in the Visayas and Mindanao on Friday.

Scattered rain showers and thunderstorms are expected over the Bicol Region and Quezon due to the tail-end of a frontal system, with possible flash floods or landslides.

Light rains will prevail over Cagayan Valley and Cordillera Administrative Region due to the northeast monsoon, while Metro Manila and rest of Luzon will have isolated light rains.

Moderate to strong winds and rough seas are predicted in northern Luzon and eastern sections of central and southern Luzon.
