Siony's trough brings rain to Metro Manila, Visayas

Tropical Storm Siony's trough is expected to bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Metro Manila, Visayas, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, and Bicol Region starting Wednesday.

PAGASA advises residents in these areas to prepare for possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains.

On Tuesday, isolated rain showers caused by localized thunderstorms continued over most parts of the Philippines, with light rains affecting Cagayan Valley and Cordillera Administrative Region due to northeasterly surface wind flow.

Tropical Storm Rolly is moving westward while Siony remains almost stationary until Wednesday.
