Tonyo exits PAR, Ulysses threatens Bicol

Tropical Storm Tonyo exited the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on Monday morning.

Tonyo is forecast to move westward over the West Philippine Sea towards southern Vietnam, where it may make landfall Tuesday morning or afternoon.

While exiting PAR, Tropical Depression Ulysses threatens Bicol with moderate to heavy rains as it moves northwest at 15 kph.

Prevailing easterlies enhanced by Tonyo and Ulysses will bring moderate to heavy rains over Babuyan Islands, mainland Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Ilocos Norte, Aurora, and the northern portion of Quezon including Polillo Islands.
