Rain or Shine beats Magnolia 119-105 in PBA Philippine Cup

Rain or Shine secured its first victory against Magnolia in the PBA Philippine Cup on Sunday at the Ynares Center with a convincing 119-105 win, powered by Santi Santillan's double-double performance of 17 points and 13 rebounds.

Adrian Nocum added 20 points and seven assists for Rain or Shine, while Jhonard Clarito contributed 14 points with five rebounds and five assists.

Magnolia's highest scorer was Zav Lucero with 17 points, followed by Mark Barroca and Ian Sangalang each contributing 15 points.

Rain or Shine dominated early, leading 37-21 at the end of the first quarter, and maintained their lead despite Magnolia cutting it to four in the second half.

With this win, Rain or Shine improved to a 4-2 record in the conference, while Magnolia dropped to 6-1 after suffering its first loss of the season.
