Malacaōang releases revised GCQ guidelines

Malacaōang released revised guidelines for areas under general community quarantine (GCQ) starting May 1.

Metro Manila, Central Luzon (except Aurora), Calabarzon, Pangasinan, Benguet, Iloilo province and city, Cebu province and city, and Davao City will remain under enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) until May 15.

Capiz, Aklan, Davao del Norte, Davao de Oro, Oriental Mindoro, Occidental Mindoro, Albay, Catanduanes, and Baguio City were removed from the ECQ list and will be under GCQ starting May 1.

The Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases approved these changes on Monday.
