PH to have fair weather with isolated rains

PAGASA forecasts light to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas across the archipelago.

Temperatures in major cities are expected to range from 32°C to 35°C.

Tropical Storm Mindulle, currently outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), may enter PAR by Sunday.
