PAGASA: ITCZ brings scattered rains, thunderstorms over parts of Philippines

PAGASA forecasts cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Western Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, Palawan, Southern Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao, Bangsamoro Region, SOCCSKSARGEN, and Northern Mindanao due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ).

Metro Manila and other parts of the country will experience partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers.

Residents in affected areas are warned about possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

The entire country is expected to have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal water conditions.
