PAGASA: Cloudy skies, isolated rains for NCR and rest of PH

PAGASA forecasts partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers for Metro Manila and most parts of the Philippines due to localized thunderstorms.

The trough of Typhoon Mindulle is affecting eastern sections of northern Luzon, bringing rough winds and coastal conditions in extreme Northern Luzon and the eastern section of Northern Luzon.

Central Luzon and other regions will experience light to moderate winds with slight to moderate coastal waters.

Flash floods or landslides are possible during severe thunderstorms, with Mindulle located 1,420 kilometers east of extreme northern Luzon on Wednesday.
