Palace: Gov't offices in NCR to deploy skeleton workforce during August ECQ

Malacaōang has directed all executive branch government offices in Metro Manila to adopt a skeleton workforce during the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) from August 6 to 20, ensuring at least 20% of personnel are physically present.

The head of each agency must determine the necessary number of employees needed for essential services and submit these details to Malacaōang.

Agencies providing health, emergency frontline, laboratory testing, border control, and other critical services may have full on-site capacity if required.
