PAGASA warns of rain, thunderstorms in parts of PH

The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) and easterlies will affect various parts of the Philippines on Wednesday, according to PAGASA.

Eastern sections of Southern Luzon, including Bicol Region and Quezon, as well as Eastern Visayas, will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies.

Central and Eastern Visayas, Caraga, Northern Mindanao, Zamboanga Peninsula, and Palawan will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms caused by the ITCZ.

The rest of the country may see partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms.

Flash floods and landslides are possible as a result of these weather conditions.
