Habagat brings rains, scattered thunderstorms in Ilocos, Zambales, Bataan; isolated showers in Metro Manila

The Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) continues to affect Luzon on Tuesday, bringing rains according to PAGASA.

Ilocos Region, Zambales, and Bataan will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms that could lead to flooding or landslides.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon may expect partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to the Southwest Monsoon, potentially causing flash floods during severe thunderstorms.

The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers from localized thunderstorms that could result in flash floods or landslides.

Luzon's coastal waters are expected to be slight to moderate, while Visayas and Mindanao will experience light to moderate winds blowing from Southwest to West with slight to moderate coastal waters.
