PAGASA: Shear line brings scattered rains over Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora

PAGASA forecasts cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Cagayan, Isabela, and Aurora due to a shear line.

The weather bureau warns of possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains in these areas.

Ilocos Region and Cordillera Administrative Region will have partly cloudy skies with isolated light rains from the northeast monsoon, while Metro Manila and other parts of the country will experience partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers from easterlies and localized thunderstorms.
