Easterlies bring rain showers, thunderstorms over PH

Easterlies are bringing scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Bicol Region, Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora, and Quezon on Sunday.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to easterlies or localized thunderstorms.

PAGASA warns residents in affected areas about possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds from the east are expected over northern and eastern sections of Luzon, resulting in moderate to rough coastal waters.

Light to moderate northeast winds will blow over the rest of the country with slight to moderate coastal waters.
