PAGASA: Fair weather, isolated rain showers over PH

PAGASA forecasts fair weather with isolated rain showers prevailing in most parts of the Philippines on Friday.

Scattered rain showers and thunderstorms are expected in Aurora, Quezon, Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, and Kalayaan Islands due to a shear line affecting eastern sections of southern Luzon and the Visayas.

Flash floods or landslides may occur during moderate to heavy rains.

Cagayan Valley will experience light rains from the northeast monsoon with no significant impact.

The rest of the Visayas and Mindanao will have warm weather with isolated thunderstorms in the afternoon or evening due to easterlies.
