PAGASA: Easterlies bring cloudy skies, scattered rain

PAGASA reports easterlies and localized thunderstorms will bring cloudy skies with scattered rain over parts of the Philippines on Thursday.

Metro Manila and other areas can expect partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms, with possible flash floods or landslides during severe storms.

Wind speeds in Northern Luzon are moderate while coastal waters are slight to moderate across the country.

The Northeast Monsoon season has ended, marking the start of the dry season.
