PAGASA: Scattered rains in Visayas, Mindanao on Monday

PAGASA forecasts scattered rains in parts of Visayas and Mindanao on Monday due to a shear line.

Caraga, Northern Mindanao, Central and Eastern Visayas will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms, posing risks for flash floods or landslides during severe storms.

Western Visayas, Palawan, and the rest of Mindanao will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to shear lines or localized thunderstorms.

The northeast monsoon (Amihan) will affect Luzon, bringing partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon.
