LPA brings rain over Eastern Visayas

A shallow low pressure area (LPA) located near Tanauan, Leyte is expected to bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Eastern Visayas on Sunday.

PAGASA reports that the LPA has a slim chance of developing into a tropical depression and may dissipate in the coming days.

Northern Luzon will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the northeast monsoon, while Metro Manila and other parts of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms.
