Northeast monsoon brings rains, cloudy skies over parts of Luzon, Visayas

PAGASA forecasts cloudy skies and rains over parts of Luzon and Visayas due to the northeast monsoon.

Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, Southern Quezon, Caraga, Western and Central Visayas will experience cloudy skies with rainshowers and thunderstorms, potentially causing flash floods or landslides.

Metro Manila, rest of Luzon, and Visayas will have partly cloudy skies with isolated light rains; Mindanao will see isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.

Northern Luzon will face moderate to strong winds and rough seas while other areas will experience light to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas.
