PAGASA: Rainy weather over parts of PH due to LPA, easterlies

PAGASA forecasts cloudy skies and scattered rains over parts of Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao on Sunday due to the trough of a low pressure area (LPA), easterlies, and Amihan.

Davao Region, SOCCSKSARGEN, BARMM, Zamboanga Peninsula will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms, potentially causing flash floods or landslides.

Cagayan Valley will experience cloudy skies with light rains due to the monsoon.

Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Central Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains caused by Amihan.

Visayas and rest of Luzon will see partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms, with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
