PAGASA: Light rains, cloudy skies in most PH areas

PAGASA forecasts light rains and cloudy skies in most parts of the Philippines on Sunday.

The Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, and Central Luzon will experience isolated light rains due to northeast monsoon (amihan).

Aurora and Quezon provinces will have scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to a shear line, with possible flash floods or landslides.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will see partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to easterlies or localized thunderstorms.
